Karen Davis, RSW
Founder, Interweaving Resilience Ltd.
Karen Davis is a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers and holds a Diploma in Social Work. She brings over 23 years of experience in the human services sector, including leadership and management roles across both non-profit and
for-profit settings.
Throughout her career, Karen has worked alongside individuals, families, and multidisciplinary care teams — developing a strong foundation in advocacy, ethical practice, and coordinated support. Her approach blends professional insight with warmth and responsiveness, ensuring clients feel both heard and practically supported.
As a mother of four adult children, Karen also brings lived experience supporting family members and loved ones in later years. This personal perspective deepens her understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges families often face when navigating aging, health transitions, or changing care needs.
Karen’s work is guided by collaboration, mentorship, and a strong commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. Interweaving Resilience reflects her dedication to filling the gaps between medical care, daily living support, and emotional connection — so no one feels alone in the process.
