Our Approach

At Interweaving Resilience, I believe meaningful support goes beyond appointments and checklists.

It is about being present, listening carefully, and helping life feel more manageable.

With a background in social work, I bring professional insight and ethical grounding to every

interaction — while offering non-clinical support that complements existing medical or therapeutic care.

All communication and documentation are managed through a secure, confidential platform to protect your privacy and personal information.

Our role is to walk alongside individuals and families, helping coordinate care, reduce stress, and provide steady presence during uncertain or demanding times.

Investment in Support

Support is offered at $65 per hour, with services personalized to meet your unique needs.
Interweaving Resilience provides non-clinical support grounded in social work values, advocacy, and person-centered care. Our services complement — but do not replace — psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis services.

We are happy to discuss service structure and scheduling during an initial consultation.

Service Structure & Booking

  • In-person services are scheduled in minimum 2-hour blocks to ensure steady and thoughtful support. Standard rate: $65 per hour.
  • Services are available within a 25 km service area of Calgary. Travel beyond this area, or transportation provided to clients, may include mileage charges.
  • Evening and weekend services may be subject to adjusted rates due to scheduling demand. After six months of ongoing services, structured support packages may be available for clients seeking long-term continuity and predictability.
  • Customized service packages can be created for clients requiring ongoing support.
